This 12 week online programme is designed for individuals who are committed to go to the next level personally or professionally. If you want the intensity and bespoke nature of the 121 coaching and enjoy and value the additional learning that a peer to peer community offers then this one is for you.

  • 8 modules of learning delivered in an online space with planned pauses to allow for implementation
  • 8 x 121 coaching sessions that mirror the online modules so that you can accelerate the learning in a way that works for you

Team Development

I have spent over a decade working with teams to achieve exceptional results. My work with teams goes way beyond a ‘fun team building day’ in fact if that’s what you want then I am not for you. My mission is to rebalance the team dynamics to catapult performance by getting to the real issues that exist in the unconscious. It is only by surfacing and dealing with any blocks that teams can realise their full potential. Too many team development sessions focus on building a vision and flip charting team charters that lead to no action being taken. So often teams are dancing around the edges of the conversations that really matter.

Following a diagnostic we co create a team development plan combining workshops, 121 and remote support that eliminates any dysfunction or simply takes your team from good to great.

1-2-1 Coaching

  • 3 hour intensive session to establish goals, outcomes and measures of success. We work together to create absolute clarity about the transformation that you want to achieve for yourself. We also agree a frequency schedule to suit your needs and diary.
  • 8 x 1 hour sessions over a 3-4 month period. This framework keeps the level of momentum going and allows us to maintain traction.
  • A final 1 hour session where we create your 90 Day ‘what next’ plan
  • Weekly emails to hold you accountable and tailor made ‘homework’ to specifically address your needs.
